APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes from October 27, 2009 Meeting to be approved.

Public Comments: Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting are requested to complete a speaker’s card and turn into Council Secretary. Speaker Request Cards are located on the table near the entrance. Please honor the Five Minute Maximum time limit when addressing the Council and complete thoughts quickly if timer sounds while speaking. All testimony given before the Council is tape-recorded. Since Council discussion of an item not on the posted agenda is not allowed, these concerns will be addressed in a future meeting as soon as is practical under “Public Forum Response”. For agendized items, the public will be given an opportunity to speak after the staff report and prior to the Council completing the action. Please begin by stating your name and city of residence. If speakers wish to pass material to the Council, please hand it to the Council Secretary for distribution.
